Terms & Conditions

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and will not be accepted after expiry.
Vouchers can be used as full or part payment for treatments at Beauty House. If your treatment is less than the value of your voucher, no cash change will be given but the balance can be used for full or part payment of further treatments within the validity of the voucher.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash nor sold or transferred for value.
Vouchers remain the property of Beauty House.
We do not offer guarantees, refunds or exchanges. However if you experience any dissatisfaction with any aspect of your experience with Beauty House, please feel free to contact us and we will endeavor to resolve the issue.
